Read them in driving order, like you are crossing: Packwood → White Pass Summit → Naches. Rain in Packwood is not the summit.

Do I need chains for White Pass?

White Pass or Snoqualmie?

Snoqualmie (I-90) is the main four-lane route and usually reopens faster. White (US-12) is the quieter southern route past the ski area — and the road between Packwood and Yakima. Check the Snoqualmie cameras too before you pick.
